I don’t know what your thoughts or your beliefs on this entire Coronavirus deal is but bottom line, its a pain in everyone’s rear end. We want to go out and socialize, sled pull, drag race, and just do weekend shenanigans. Unfortunately, this COVID-19 outbreak is dipping into our fun in multiple upcoming events including the 2020 Rudy’s Spring Truck Jam.
The news just broke from Rudy’s a few moments ago.
“To our loyal friends and families: As you know, the COVID-19 outbreak has forced the cancellation of many sporting events. As well as drastically changed our daily lives. We have been patient in hopes that we would be able to continue as planned with the 2020 Rudy’s Spring Truck Jam, but due to governor Cooper’s executive order, as well as our local authorities’ request, we are forced to cancel the event. This is a difficult decision but we feel that in the best interest of our attendees as well as complying with the state and local authorities, we simply have no other choice. We appreciate your continued support of Rudy’s Truck Jam, the country’s largest diesel event and hope to see you in the fall.”
It is still unsure of when things will be normal again and when we can go back to racing. Stay tuned to Diesel Army for full updates and news.
