2003-2007 6.0-liter Power Stroke

Both Series 1 and Series 2 Pitbull Series turbos are completely drop-in replacement and feature a compressor housing anti-surge design, 10-blade turbine with taller vanes, and a larger 66.45mm exducer / 72.5mm inducer. Also, they’re both equipped with a high-speed balanced VSR (Vibration Sorting Rig), and they are compatible with all tuning such as H & S, BullyDog, SCT, and others.

The Sinister Diesel Pitbull Series 1 Turbocharger is a drop in replacement that gives a great performance improvement, even with stock injectors. It outperforms many of the industry’s turbochargers and it is tow-friendly. With the billet 6×6 blade 61.4mm inducer and 82mm exducer compressor wheel, the Stage 1 is capable of up to 425 horsepower.

For those of you looking for a little more, the Series 2 is probably for you. Although it does come equipped with the same 10-blade turbine wheel, Series 2 offers a billet 11-blade 63.4mm inducer/88.25mm exducer with 91.3mm extended tips offering an amplified 6.0-liter turbo noise and power capabilities up to 500 horsepower.

2007.5-2017 5.9-liter Cummins

For the 5.9-liter trucks, you can also dress up the engine bay with items like this Sinister Diesel cold-air intake.

Like the 6.0-liter trucks, the Pitbull turbos for the Cummins engines are drop-in units. These units offer a 64.5mm 7+7 blade compressor wheel and 70mm 12 blade turbines. Between the larger turbo compressor wheels and an upgraded Holset VGT actuator, these turbos can support up to 690 horsepower with additional performance mods.

These turbos come with the downpipe to hook to your exhaust, new turbo mounting hardware and gaskets, and a new turbo oil drain gasket.
