Event Alert: First Annual Outlaw Diesel Revenge In Xenia, Ohio

With the popularity of diesel drag racing growing at a rapid pace, it was only a matter of time that the Outlaw Diesel Super Series started looking at lengthening the schedule. In 2019, the Outlaw series has an additional two events on the schedule that will take diesel enthusiasts to Virginia Motorsports Park and Kil-Kare Raceway. Coming up on May 31st through June 1st is the first annual Outlaw Diesel Revenge event hosted by Firepunk Diesel.

This new event will take place an hour north of Cincinnati, Ohio at Kil-Kare Raceway in Xenia, Ohio. Kil-Kare is the home a quarter mile dragstrip that will have plenty of room for all of your favorite Outlaw series classes. Like any of the ODSS series races, there will be E.T Sportsman, 7.70 Index, 6.70 Index, Outlaw 5.90 Index, Pro Street, Pro Mod, and Pro Dragster.

The Schedule of events is as follows:

Thursday, May 30th- Open Test and Tune

Friday, May 31st- Pro Class Qualifying and No Time Shootout (Gates Open at 1:00 PM)

Saturday, June 1st- All Classes and Eliminations (Gates Open at 8:00 AM)

All of the Outlaw Diesel Super Series races are full of action, but Firepunk Diesel is really going out their way to hype this event up and add some extras. They have a lot to offer on this weekend with a big tire and small tire race Friday night with $5,000 up for grabs. If you can’t make it in until Friday afternoon, you didn’t miss much. You can still catch some action that night.

Saturday, once the gates open at 8:00 AM, all classes will run through from E.T to Pro Dragster all the way until the quarterfinals. “Once we have gotten to the quarterfinals for all classes, we’re going to pause and do a big opening ceremony before the night show sponsored by Hot Shot’s Secret,” said Lavon Miller, owner of Firepunk Diesel. “We’re kicking off the night show with the National Anthem, Honor Guard Presentation of the colors, a C17 flyover, a Street Outlaws grudge match, and jet dragsters.”

Per Miller, this will be the best two and a half hours of drag racing action that Ohio has to offer.
