Finally, we are approaching another event in the Outlaw Diesel Super Series season. I don’t know about you guys, but these race / pulling weekends are just the getaway I need. The legendary Schied Diesel Extravaganza is back but things are more different than ever on August 28th and 29th. We are not only having this show at a new location, we’re having to abide by the current laws going on right now.
This go around, we’re invading Wagler Motorsports Park in Lyons, Indiana and this is probably going to be one of the biggest events held at this facility. Jeremy Wagler and his crew have worked for months to get this facility ready and the entire Schied Diesel crew has prepared for this event too. It’s one thing to get this event pulled off in familiar territory but to load it all up and take it somewhere else is tough. Thank you to them for making this all happen given the circumstances.
Even though we aren’t going to the same location, we’re still blessed with the best action the year has to offer with Lucas Oil Pro Pulling League truck and tractor pulling, Outlaw Diesel Super Series drag racing, the monster Show-N-Shine, Dyno Competition both days, Vendor Row, and so much more.

A Message From Scheid Diesel:
COVID19 Update: Currently the venue is open with an Indiana mandate of wearing a mask and social distancing but no capacity limitations being an outdoor venue. A liability form will need to be signed at the gate for EVERY PERSON/CHILD entering at the gates. If you would like to fill it out and bring it with you the form can be found here (parents will need to complete a form for minors).
Our new location has brought a lot of new logistics to sort out and planning is going well. We are bringing you premium competition with ODSS (Outlaw Diesel Super Series) Drag Racing action and Lucas Oil Pro Pulling League for sled pulling action! Pearce’s Diesel Doctor Dyno is scheduled to be the onsite dyno, the will also be a great Show-N-Shine Competition and the Vendor Midway is filling up more everyday!! We will be bringing in several sets of portable bleachers to add seating, have people movers to/from parking lots, a variety of food vendors & plenty of camping accommodations!!
We look for camping to be a popular option, hotels are located approx 35 miles from the venue. There are two great options for camping, onsite camping spots that will be ideal for those that might be partaking of some spirits, as well as additional spots available at the Daviess County Fairgrounds about 10 miles away. Wagler Motorsports Park is located at 4425 W 300 S Lyons, Indiana 47443.
RULES:
- No Golf Carts, Side by Sides, 4 wheelers – Competitiors will be allowed to use them with permit stickers that will be allocated when they sign up for Pulling or Racing. Use is only Permited 2 hours before their event and 1 hour after.
- No Glass Bottles on Grounds
- No Coolers in Stands
- Racers, Pullers, Campers, Dyno Participants & Show N Shine Particpants are the only vehichles allowed in the gates all others need to park in spectator parking lots. There will be People Movers making rounds to get you to and from the spectator lot/gate if you like.
