I didn’t know if I was going to make it through this winter, even though we aren’t actually through it yet, but the event season is upon us. Thankfully for us, Epling Garage and True Street Diesel is collaborating and putting together an event down in beautiful Holt, Florida at the Emerald Coast Dragway coined “Diesels On The Beach“.
On March 5th and 6th, some of the industry’s hottest diesel-powered machines will be invading the Emerald Coast again for some all diesel drag racing action. What can you expect? Like the Outlaw Diesel Super Series, Diesel’s On The Beach offers classes from mild to wild. E.T, 7.70 Index, 6.70 Index, 5.90 Index, Pro Street, and Pro Mod.
NOTE: ALL PAYOUTS BASED ON 16 CAR FIELD
E.T- $50 entry fee, $800 payout
7.70 Index- $75 entry fee, $1,200 payout
6.70 Index- $100 entry fee, $1,600 payout
5.90 Index- $125 entry fee, $2,000 payout
Pro Street- $150 entry fee, $2,500 payout
Friday, March 5th, for $150, you can test from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Spectator gates open at 4:30 PM. Saturday, March 6th, gates open at 9:00 AM, and Qualifying pass number one starts at 1:00 PM. Opening ceremonies and round one of eliminations will begin at 4:00 PM. For a single day pass, it’s $20 and a weekend pass is $35. Test and Tune spots are available for $20 and kids 12 and under are free.
