SEMA 2021: Craftsman Drops V Series Line That Offers Pro Durability

At this year’s SEMA Show, we made a point to visit some new booths that were directly pointed at the professional car, truck, and industrial applications. Designed to endure the most demanding applications, the Craftsman V-Series is here to stay.

We talked to Brittany Caporiccio with Craftsman about the recent drop, and she filled us in with all of the details. “The V-Series line is a brand new item for us and we’re excited to release it here at the show,” she said. “Our V-Series tools are our most high-performance products made to handle the demands of professional-level users.”

Available in SAE and metric measures, the V-Series line offers a complete range of combination, reversible ratcheting, and extra-long ratcheting wrench sets designed with an I-beam panel for strength and comfort. These wrenches feature a new extended box end design that enables access to fasteners in recessed positions. Sets include a vertical wrench rack intended to fit most metal storage drawers.

“Our tools in the v-series line feature everything from ratchets, wrenches, sockets, T-handles, screwdrivers, and hex keys,” she said. “One of the differences to this line of tools, over, say our entry-level, is the weight. You can definitely tell they are heavier and more durable.”

CRAFTSMAN V-Series tools will be available this fall at select CRAFTSMAN retailers.

As for the screwdrivers, for example, the V-series drivers feature machined tips and premium alloy steel. They are designed with the auto and industrial professional in mind, offering precision, torque, and control.
