The 2026 27North Winston mates the maneuverability of a Class B camper van with the amenities of a roomier conventional motorhome. Built on a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 3500XD AWD cab chassis, it falls into the Class B+ category thanks to its custom-built living enclosure.
Measuring approximately 24 feet long, 7 feet 2 inches wide, and 10 feet 1 inch tall, the Winston provides considerably more living space than a standard van conversion while remaining smaller than many traditional motorhomes. The Winston 27A seats and sleeps four and uses a fixed queen-bed floor plan.
Equipped For Self-Sufficiency
The 27North Winston fits in perfectly at established campgrounds, but also has the equipment needed for travel beyond the bounds of civilization. The Winston’s electrical system is centered around an EcoFlow 48/12-volt setup with a 10-kWh lithium battery bank and a 3,600-watt inverter. Its 1,000-watt solar package includes 600 watts of fixed roof-mounted panels and a 400-watt portable array.
A 60-amp DC-to-DC charger provides another way to replenish the batteries while traveling. Campground connections are handled by a 30-amp shore-power cord and 15-amp adapter. Multiple 110-volt outlets, USB ports, and USB-C connections are positioned throughout the coach.
The water system includes a 40-gallon fresh-water tank and a 20-gallon gray-water tank. It also features a Truma water heater, a marine-grade water pump, a lockable exterior water fill, and an exterior gray-water release valve.
Advanced Living Amenities
Inside, the Winston combines birch cabinetry, Corian countertops, Katzkin leather, and marine-grade Lonseal Lonridge flooring. Attractive Bristol Ridge and Smokey Mountains color palettes are available.
The galley contains a stainless-steel sink, a convection microwave, a portable induction cooktop, a water-filtration system, and a 140-liter (4.98 cubic feet) refrigerator/freezer. Dimmable ceiling lights are supplemented by under-cabinet and toe-kick LEDs.
A full interior shower and fixed Thetford toilet allow travelers to remain self-contained. Other comforts include a 24-inch smart TV, a Maxxair roof fan, an entry-door bug screen, a Velit 48-volt air conditioner, and a Truma Combi diesel heater.
The 27A is not the Winston’s only configuration. The 27B replaces the fixed bed with a convertible dinette, while the 27C provides twin beds and additional storage.
Mercedes-Benz Diesel Power Meets All-Road Hardware
A 211-hp, 332 lb-ft of torque high-output four-cylinder diesel engine and nine-speed automatic transmission power the Winston. The diesel engine’s low-speed torque is useful in a fully outfitted motorhome, while its highway-oriented efficiency suits the long-distance travel expected of a Sprinter-based coach.
The cab includes Mercedes-Benz’s MBUX multimedia system with touchscreen navigation, swivel front seats, premium leather upholstery, high-beam assist, and an acoustic package.
Outside, Adventure Skin paint gives the coach a distinctive finish while providing added protection from the elements. A 2-inch Van Compass lift, upgraded wheels, and all-terrain tires increase its readiness for unpaved routes.
The front bumper is winch-ready and incorporates a skid plate, tow hooks, and lighting. Rough Country LED pod lights give additional illumination, while a rear carrier keeps a full-size spare accessible. Running boards and a 10-foot powered awning add convenience, and an exterior Bluetooth speaker provides entertainment at the campsite.

The 2026 27North Winston has a listed MSRP of $249,500. Mercedes-Benz provides a limited warranty of three years or 36,000 miles, along with powertrain coverage of five years or 60,000 miles. The coach itself is covered by an 18-month 27North builder’s warranty, which can be extended to 36 months.
