Kicking off the month of April, we have chosen Bryan Stanton’s 2005 Chevy Duramax as our Ride Of The Week (ROTW). As soon as we saw this truck it gave us a spring in our step with it’s clean white color mixed with its contrasting crisp black accessories and details. We knew there had to be more than meets the eye and we weren’t disappointed.
Stanton started by taking this bone stock 2005 Chevy Duramax and added a tough looking 6″ Rough Country lift. Then stylizing his ride with 18″ black MB Wheels wrapped in 35×12.5 Goodyear Fierce Attitude tires. Then to make the truck even more slick looking he blacked all the lights out. Now he didn’t stop with just the modifications out the outside of the ride, he went deep too.
He opted for a PPE Xcelerator programmer to help him “warm up” the tires when needed. To assist the engine in breathing better, a S&B cold air intake is paired with a MBRP exhaust system. The 5” straight pipe is connected to a 7” black stack. To roll coal at will, Stanton installed some 20 over nozzles which are feed by a FASS 150. In addition the EGR was deleted with a Sinister Diesel kit.
For a finishing touch, Stanton opted to install PPE differential covers and a transmission pan.
