aFe Power announces the release of the BladeRunner intercooler tube combo kit and coupling kit for the 2003-07 Dodge Diesel Trucks with L6-5.9L engine, P/N 46-20014.

These intercooler tubes and kits include high-temp multi-layer couplings for strength under extreme pressure up to 200 psi and heavy-duty t-bolt clamps which provides constant tension for a leak-free seal. The coupling and clamp kit fits both stock and aFe Power’s performance intercooler. The hot and cold side intercooler tubes are constructed from 3″ mandrel bent stainless steel tubing for maximum flow and come powder-coated black for heat and corrosion resistance. The smooth transition bends decrease turbulence, increasing horsepower, torque while reducing exhaust gas temperatures. To finish off the intercooler tubes, a stainless steel laser-cut aFe Power logo plate is welded-on for an aggressive look. The intercooler tubes and coupling kits also line up directly to the factory mounting locations for a convenient, tight secure hassle-free installation with minimal parts.

This combo kit features upgraded tubes for both hot and cold sides of the intercooler. This kit is constructed of 3” mandrel-bent powder coated stainless tube for heat resistance and longevity. The smooth bends allow for low turbulence, increasing horsepower, torque and lowering EGT’s. Included in this kit are high-temp couplings and stainless-steel t-bolt clamps. The couplings are constructed out of heavy duty high-temperature 5-ply polyester for heat resistance and durability. A unique stainless steel laser cut aFe Power logo plate is welded on to complement the kit.
