BD Diesel Performance is one of Canada’s leading suppliers of aftermarket diesel performance parts and serves the US their British Columbia location. They are celebrating 43 years in business and holding their 20th annual dyno day this coming October 3rd. From 8 am to 3 pm BD Diesel expects to run a minimum of 50 vehicles through the rollers on their dyno. Pre registration for the dyno event is conducted through their Facebook page and will enter contestants into their horsepower competition for cash prizes!
Teaming up with the North West Dyno Circuit, the dyno competition will be divided into three different classes; a modified stock class, a twin-turbo class, and an open class for you wild engine folks! The entry fee is $50 and the money goes into a pool, the first place horsepower for each class will get a slice of the action potentially close to $1,000 depending on how many entrants participate!
Throughout the day BD Diesel will be holding 15-minute flash sales on products, so keep your wits about you and maybe you’ll take home some shiny news parts for next years dyno day.
BD Diesel will be providing lunch, for a donation to the BC Childrens Hospital and Langley Lions Club. Every donation made by participants or attendants will be matched by BD Diesel, in the last two years alone a combined $11,000 was raised for these charitable organizations. Come out on Friday to make it a two day event! Drag racing at Mission Raceway will start off Friday afternoon, and entry is only $35 for trucks and $5 for crew.
