At the end of the day, these engines put off a good amount of heat. It is inevitable. But, the Jammer intake system, with that in mind, was designed to mount away from the heat as much as possible to reduce the warm airflow and to catch the outside cooler, denser air. By moving the air filter, you’re capturing the outside air and feeding your air-hungry engine.
