Much like the 6.4 trucks, the 6.0-liter’s also need some love. Power Stroke Products offers the same style lifters, camshaft, springs, and hardware package for them too. Again, for only $1,225.00, the same price as the 6.4 trucks, you can upgrade your truck with much better parts.
Maybe you have already upgraded the camshaft, or maybe the lifters too, and all you’re needing is some valve springs and the hardware. You’re still in luck. 102# Valve springs help to control the valve at higher boost and RPM. Also keeps the lifter in contact with the cam at all times. The springs are rated for 102-pounds at 1.840 installed height.
