We are pleased to announce that Goerend Transmission, a diesel truck and torque converter focused group that has been serving our industry for 40 years, has signed on as an official sponsor of SpeedVideo‘s coverage of this year’s Ultimate Callout Challenge in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Goerend Transmission has been serving the diesel industry designing, manufacturing, and building their own torque converters as well as many of the internal converter components and automatic transmission parts in-house from start to finish. At the Goerend facility, they have eight in-house Mazak CNC machines running manufacturing their billet converter covers, billet clutch dampers, stators, stator caps, races, and many other components that are found in their builds.
“Our knowledge, equipment, and patented converter components allow us to build your torque converter to match your needs no matter the application. Daily driver or dedicated race truck, we cover it,” said Dave Goerend, owner of Goerend Transmission. “At Goerend, we care about our customers. Our multiple patents have performance in mind and they have been created not to simplify the ease of manufacturing, but to cure specific performance problems.”
