Big Wig Air Springs feature our Largest-in-class 2800 lb. air bags for a total 5600 lb. rating! The double convoluted design has 30-40% more air volume than most 2500 lb. air bags found in our competitors air springs. This larger volume will support your load with 30-40% less air pressure resulting in a softer ride with less stress on the truck and passengers. Big Wig air bags will extend to almost 14-inches allowing increased suspension travel without damaging the bags.
All Hellwig Big Wig Air Springs include vehicle specific mounting powder coated plate steel mounting brackets for easy installation. Each kit includes all hardware, valves, air lines and detailed installation instructions. Big Wig Air Springs work with factory and aftermarket fifth wheel hitches. No drilling is required with most installations.
