Edge Products has been one of the industry’s leading manufacturers in engine monitoring systems and they’re continuing their dominance in the field. With the high expectations of the L5P  and the 3.0-Liter Power Stroke, and the hopes of the unlocking of their ecm’s, Edge Products is fast at it getting a monitoring system and other upgrades up and ready for the late model GM and Ford trucks.

The Edge Insight and Amp’d Throttle Booster now extend their coverage to the 2019 L5P 6.6-Liter Duramax trucks. The new update for the Insight offers an extended and updated list of parameters including the new Soot Accumulation percentage.  The Soot Accumulation gives you the ability to see when your  L5P will go into Regen.  Edge’s crowd-favorite Insight is packed full of options to monitor, log, and test your new trucks.

Ford F-150 Diesel 3.0-Liter Power Stroke

Like the late model GM’s, the 3.0 has to show out with its big introduction from Ford. While it is hard at work, Edge has extended their coverage of the Insight Cs2, CTS2, and the AMP Throttle Booster for the new 3.0-Liter Power Stroke diesel trucks. With all of the towing capabilities these trucks offer, you’re for sure going to want to monitor the vitals of your engine to ensure safe and efficient traveling.

The new Ford 3.0L Diesel is now equipped with EGT sensors and the diesel exhaust filter (DPF) that allows the unburnt fuel (black smoke and NOx) to be burnt completely, before exiting the exhaust tip.  This allows the truck to reduce the NOx levels it produces and clears up the black smoke or unburnt fuel. With new technology comes the added need and benefit to watching your truck like a hawk.

Edge “LIT-E Series” LED Light Bar

As you know, we are always trying to upgrade our trucks on the engine, interior, and the exterior. With the help from our friends at Edge Products, you can do just that. With the LIT E-Series, you can brighten up any location with the flip of a switch. In fact, these light bars are available with the EAS Power Switch that works directly with your CTS2 monitors allowing full control through the screen.

Edge will supply the kit with an easy to use plug and play solution. You simply connect the power switch accessory to the accessory port on your CTS monitor cable and run the included relay harness to the battery and that’s it. Now you can enjoy your truck with a super-bright LED light and save your dash from holes for toggle switches.

Forget drilling holes into your dash for switches. Edge Products' easy to use EAS system makes things a push and twist away from perfect connection.

Features include high-powered Cree A Grade 5 Watt LED’s, Rugged aluminum body with a military-spec breather, moisture tight structure, high-quality harness, constructed to maximize lighting distribution, and a life expectancy of over 50,000-hours of LED life. For a small package, these style lights are as tough as they get.

So, for all of you buying the late model Ford and GM trucks, don’t forget that Edge has your engine monitoring command center available for your new ride.
