Mickey Thompson has been the leader in tire performance for years on end. They have tires that cover every genre of the automotive industry including street, off-road and drag tire performance. As of late, the Deegan 38 tire has been one of the hottest sellers in the industry. It’s rugged look, long lasting tread-life and versatility have made it stand out to other off-road tires. But, as if it wasn’t ‘good enough, Mickey Thompson has added to its design for even more benefits.
Pickup and SUV owners can soon sink their teeth into updated Mickey Thompson Deegan 38 All-Terrain tires featuring the company’s new longer and deeper Sidebiters design. Mickey Thompson Tires & Wheels will upgrade nine current Deegan 38 All-Terrain SKUs to Sidebiters that are 50 percent deeper and are up to 50 percent longer.
“Nine Deegan 38 All-Terrain sizes now have more bite,” said Ken Warner, Vice President of Marketing for Mickey Thompson Tires & Wheels. “Now light-duty truck and SUV drivers know they can drive these tires farther, with better traction than ever before.” In addition to the new, larger Sidebiters, Deegan 38 All-Terrains also have a larger, open-void tread pattern, proprietary compound and durable construction uniquely suited to today’s pickups and SUVs.
As if the Deegans didn’t have enough wins as it is, the new features only push this tire to the top once more. The Silica-reinforced tread compound, the high-tensile 2ply body cord, and the variable draft angles and tread chamfers combined together create a lightweight, durable and improved ride for your truck or SUV.
So, in what sizes can you get your Deegan 38s’? Mickey just added new sizes to this tire that range from 15-inch to 22-inch wheel. No matter your wheel setup, Mickey has 35 sizes for you to choose from. With your purchase, on LT size tires, they offer a 55,000-mile limited tread wear warranty. On SUV sizes, they offer a 60,000-limited warranty.
