SEMA Project Vehicle-Sneak Peak 2015 GMC 3500 Crew Cab Dually

The SEMA Show is quickly approaching and we love all of the customized trucks that are displayed. Every year, only the best of the best project builders are granted access to put their vehicles on display, then it’s an even smaller amount that are given the privilege to be a feature vehicle in a manufacturer booth. One of the most reputable builders, Kelly Fromm has granted us a sneak peak into his upcoming display vehicle for SEMA. This year his vehicle will be featured in the BDS booth during the show. Here’s the story:

Fromm’s vehicle is a 2015 GMC 3500HD 4×4 Crew Cab. His plan for after the show is to make this the new “tow rig” for his patriotic cars that he likes to show. Fromm started by adding a TransferFlow 61 gallon tank and bedliner along with a TruckCovers USA American rollback cover with a tool box. Next it was under the engine to add an AFE cold air intake kit.  Next, the truck was sent off to Total Auto Pro’s in Phoenix, Arizona.

At Total Auto Pro’s the plan is to add a BDS lift kit, Iron Cross Automotive front and rear armor bumpers and HD steps, LED light bars and the RoyaltyCore RC1 grille. Along with these products they will also be adding custom fitted Bushwacker fender flares to precisely fit the dually. Then they will be adding the Fuel Off-Road D254 wheels wrapped in Toyo Tires.

Overall, this project is going to be a show stopper at this year’s SEMA. We can’t wait to see the finished product and work with Fromm to do a complete feature on it when it is fully assembled.
