PRI 2023: Fleece Performance’s Lift Pump Upgrade For Ram And GM

lift pump

For many truck owners, the factory lift pump is one of the first things to get replaced. However, many times that required custom fab work as the new pump system mounts to the frame rail. Fleece Performance has changed all that with their in-tank PowerFlo lift pumps.

The PowerFlo replaces your existing in-tank lift pump but offers much more. For instance, The PowerFlo lift pump uses two OEM quality geroter pumps that have been durability tested for more than 12,000 hours at 170-G/PH at a steady 15-psi. In short, this simple in-tank pump is capable of 800-plus horsepower.

The PowerFlo unit utilizes a regulated return flow, which eliminates overpressure situations. It also utilizes a properly scaled float and fuel-level sending unit for accurate readings. Unlike other aftermarket lift pump options, where you’re forced to use new connections, the PowerFlo uses the existing factory quick disconnects for quick and reliable installation.

The Fleece PowerFlo unit is available for 1998 through 2024 Dodge Ram trucks and 2001 through 2016 Duramax rigs. When you’re ready to give your truck the fuel it needs to haul what you want, then you need to take a look at the Fleece Performance lift pumps.

Direct OEM In-Tank Replacement:

The PowerFlo Lift Pump retains the factory water-in-fuel sensor, factory fuel heater, and factory fuel lines. It installs in less than half the time of other high-flow lift pumps.

OEM Quality Lift Pump – Dual Gerotor

  • Two is always better than one, and the PowerFlo delivers more with two OEM quality gerotor pumps, increasing flow capacity and increased reliability over the factory pump. Capable of supporting up to 800 horsepower, including dual CP3 pump configurations.

Seamless Integration

  • The active fill bucket eliminates the need for tank sumps, draw straws, additional air filtration, and the quarter-tank issues typically encountered when seeking a higher flow lift pump to meet your engine’s needs.

Aftermarket Capable

  • Want the benefits of the in-tank pump but need to run your fuel lines or aftermarket filters?  The pump outlet and return are threaded to accept a -8 O-ring fitting (3/4-16 thread).
