One of the first modifications truck owners want to do is a lift kit. We stopped by Calmini‘s booth to see what they had to get trucks in the air. One of the kits they had on display was a 6-inch lift for the Nissan Titan XD. “One of the biggest things that we look at when creating a lift kit is ride quality,” Ghillmar Mancia explained. “We try and keep the same geometry as the factory suspension, but it is also one of the hardest things to do.”

Even with the Nissan Titan XD being a newer model truck the folks at Calmini were able to get the Titan XD in the sky. Everything needed is included to retain four-wheel-drive with 6 inches of lift.
“Our systems include new replacement cast steering knuckles, front differential drop brackets to correct pinion angle, and easy to install one piece MIG-welded subframes,” Mancia continued. “Standard equipment includes a heavy-duty center skid plate that bolts to the lower subframes for increased strength and protection, and rear Bilstein Monotube Gas Shocks.”
