The modern diesel truck market is packed with impressive builds, but every once in a while something comes along that completely upends expectations. Adrenalin Industries’ Overkill Judgment is one of those trucks. Stretching the limits of what a heavy-duty diesel pickup can be, this six-door 2025 Ford F-550 combines Power Stroke torque, massive 43-inch tires, advanced suspension technology, and serious utility into a package that commands attention.
When we first spotted the truck parked among a crowd of custom builds, it immediately stood apart. Its sheer size was impossible to ignore, but a closer look revealed that Overkill Judgment is much more than a giant showpiece. From the winch-equipped front bumper to the purpose-built tray bed, every component was selected to deliver real-world capability.

How It Was Built
Overkill Judgment was built by Adrenalin Industries, a Utah-based company with a reputation for creating over-the-top custom vehicles. The truck takes the company’s already impressive Overkill platform and pushes it into new territory with a full six-door conversion.
The build began life as a 2025 Ford F-550 Chassis Cab Crew Cab 4×4 powered by Ford’s 6.7-liter Power Stroke turbodiesel. Creating the six-door configuration required extensive modifications. The chassis was cut in half and stretched with three feet of additional framerail to accommodate the longer cab. That extra length meant Adrenalin had to rework numerous supporting systems, including the wiring, brake lines, and rear driveshaft.
Building the cab itself was an equally involved process. Adrenalin combined the original F-550 Crew Cab with a second donor Crew Cab. The factory cab was cut apart, sections of the donor cab were grafted into place, and the donor’s front doors were extensively modified to become the truck’s center doors. According to Adrenalin, more than 650 hours were invested in the cab conversion alone.
Inside, passenger comfort received as much attention as the fabrication work. The factory second-row seats now serve as the third row, while Super Duty front bench seats were installed in the second row. This arrangement provides recline capability and lumbar support for passengers riding in the middle row.

Tire Pressure Control, 43-Inch Tires, And More
Under the diesel-powered giant is a set of 365/80R20 Michelin X Force ZL tires measuring roughly 43 inches tall. The tires are mounted on 10-inch-wide DBL Design one-piece wheels.
To help manage tire pressures for varying terrain, Overkill Judgment is equipped with an onboard STIS inflation and deflation system. The setup utilizes an air tank supplied by dual Viair compressors. The truck also features a monitoring system that keeps tabs on tire pressure and temperature, helping the driver stay informed whether towing, traveling, or venturing off pavement.
Multiple Ride Heights
A truck carrying 43-inch tires needs a suspension system capable of delivering both clearance and comfort. That responsibility falls to a Liquid Spring suspension system.
The five-link arrangement uses onboard electronics that continuously monitor vehicle speed, steering input, braking activity, and road conditions. Rather than relying on conventional springs, the system utilizes a proprietary compressible fluid as the spring medium.
According to Adrenalin, the suspension offers five selectable ride heights and as much as 10 inches of adjustment. Drivers can also choose from three performance modes depending on conditions. Despite its size and capability, Adrenalin says the truck rides much like a 1/2-ton pickup.
A Custom Tray Bed With Slide-In Camper Compatibility
The truck’s utility tray bed was designed and fabricated in-house by Adrenalin. Already proven through multiple applications, the aluminum bed rides on a steel subframe and was engineered to balance durability, functionality, and off-road capability.
Storage space is abundant, while a covered gooseneck hitch adds towing versatility. L-Track rails make securing cargo straightforward, and the bed was designed to accept a slide-in camper for extended travel adventures.
Perhaps most impressive is that Adrenalin reports the truck still maintains its factory towing specifications, making it every bit as useful as it is attention-grabbing.
But Wait, There’s More
Additional upgrades include a Bodyguard front bumper equipped with a Comeup 20,000-pound-capacity winch, DBL front fender flares, and modified Amp Research retractable steps.
Steering duties are enhanced by a PSC Big Bore hydraulic-assist steering system, while an Edge engine tuner helps maximize the potential of the 6.7-liter Power Stroke. A collection of Rigid Industries LED lighting contributes to the package, ensuring excellent visibility when the sun goes down.
What’s The Price Of Admission?
Building a diesel-powered six-door truck with this level of fabrication, technology, and functionality does not come cheap. How much? Well, $300K buys a lot of truck, and in this case, it buys the awesome Overkill Judgment.
