If you are looking for the ultimate diesel event, then it’s time you check out one or more of the events on the DIESEL Motorsports event schedule. Although the first event (South Coast Gator Nationals at NOLA Motorsports Park was already held), you really need to check out the remaining schedule.
The second event is the Spring Horsepower Festival Car/Truck Show/Swap Meet at the US 36 Dragway in Osborne, Missouri on May 13. This gathering of all things diesel will feature a show-n-shine, drag racing, diesel vendors, and a swap meet.
Next on the list will be the East Coast Diesel Nationals at Numidia Dragway in Numidia, Pennsylvania on June 24. Plan on a fun-filled day with drag racing, a show-n-shine competition, and a dyno shootout. Think your truck has what it takes to win one of those classes? Bring it out and prove it.
The third stop in the schedule finds us in Gaston, Indiana, for Thunder In Muncie. This is the biggest event of the year for DIESEL Motorsports, and you will definitely find something to excite you. Plan on a day filled with Dirt Drags, Dyno Shootout, show-n-shine, and a fan-favorite — sled pulling.
When the sun comes up on August 12, the fun starts in New Alexandria, Pennsylvania at Keystone Raceway Park when the gates open for the Keystone Truck Drags by Outraged Diesel. This, like most DIESEL Motorsports events, will feature drag racing, and a show-n-shine.
Next Up is the September 23rd Fall Horsepower Festival. This is a combination event that includes both cars and trucks. You can partake in the Car/Truck Show, and enjoy great music, food trucks, and the ever-popular Swap Shop. Held at Eddyville Raceway in Oskaloosa Iowa, this is a great event to attend.
If you want to keep abreast of the latest in diesel performance, then you need to attend the Performance Expo, a tradeshow/car/race/truck/jeep invitation show at the Cowan Civic Center in Lebanon, Missouri on October 21.
If you’re a diesel enthusiast, there is an event within driving distance that is definitely something to attend.
