Although this may be the most extraordinary year we’ve ever encountered, the SEMA Show must go on. Somehow, someway, SEMA 360 is now. This virtual experience has kept us in the SEMA spirit being able to see what companies are coming out with at the end of this year and as we make our way into 2021 right here on our smartphones/computers.
Industrial Injection, regardless of what is happening right now, is pushing harder than ever in developing parts that our trucks will love. A few parts in particular are their latest CDT fuel injectors and the XR series turbochargers. Both of which will improve the performance of your diesel truck and increase reliability for miles to come.
CDT Injectors
The CDT (Clean Diesel Technology) injectors are rated at 10-percent over stock for the 2013-2018 6.7-Liter Cummins engines. “The CDT injectors were developed by utilizing our heritage and knowledge in racing to achieve maximum performance,” said Scott Dana, Creative/Media Director for Industrial Injection. “Also, on top of the added performance, these are also emissions compliant in all 50 states.”
- Designed as a drop-in replacement. No tuning required.

XR Turbos
Industrial saw a need for improvement on the 2015-2019 Ford 6.7-Liter Power Stroke trucks, too. Introducing the XR Series turbos that are an easy, drop-in unit. “Our XR 6.7 Ford turbos were designed to increase performance and lower EGT’s for your 2015-2019 Ford Power Strokes. These drop-in turbos will support up to 650-700-horsepower,” Dana said.
The turbos are split into two different models for different year ranges. For both 2015-2016, and 2017-2019 engines, there is an XR1 and XR2 option. While both options are great, one is slightly larger and capable of a little bit more horsepower and torque. Features they do have in common though are the one year, unlimited-mileage warranty, no core charge, and the 64.5mm Billet Blade Technology Compressor Wheel.
