For truck enthusiasts, few things compare to the energy of a major show packed with custom builds and high-horsepower diesels. Lone Star Throwdown is a standout event, and FASS Diesel Fuel Systems attended the 2025 edition, where they displayed impressive vehicles at their booth. The show brings together various truck builds. From lifted giants to slammed cruisers, these vehicles represent the different tastes of truck enthusiasts.
“If you haven’t been to Lone Star Throwdown, it is what I would consider a legacy show.” The speaker said. “This is a true truck show in the classic sense, and we absolutely love coming.”
He also added. The FASS representative highlighted their appreciation for partners like PSSE Houston, who provided booth space, and The Diesel Source and Brown Brothers Garage, who brought trucks to display.
The representative shared that getting trucks here on time, shined up, and ready for a show is not as easy as it sounds. Thanks to dedicated partners, the FASS booth featured vehicles described as “immaculate.” A core theme highlighted was that these weren’t just static show pieces; “These trucks are built to drive,” the representative stated.
Brown Brothers Garage, known for its classic truck builds, exemplifies this work. They make older models “great again” and build vehicles that retain character while being perfectly street-able.
“The Diesel Source does not play around when it comes to power,” the representative added, praising the performance capabilities of their builds on display. “They slammed together some trucks, some very nice trucks, some very fast trucks, to be in our booth for the show this year.”
Featured vehicles included Brown Brothers Garage’s 1963 Chevy C60 Viking that packs around 1,000 horsepower, a “super super well-rounded” 5th gen Cummins, and powerful L5P Duramax builds from The Diesel Source.
FASS expressed gratitude that their partners filled out the booth with some incredible trucks. After the event, the FASS representative concluded, “It’s been an awesome show.”
