This 2023 MegaRexx F-250 Super Duty Crew Cab Lariat Ultimate Tremor (that’s a mouthful) transforms plain vanilla into an ultimate love-hate flavor explosion. At its core, the 2023 MegaRexx features Ford’s venerable 6.7-liter Power Stroke High-Output V-8 turbodiesel, delivering 500 horsepower and 1,200 lb-ft of torque. Backed by Ford’s TorqShift ten-speed automatic, this drivetrain has what it take to move the truck’s abundant mass.

The MegaRexx separates itself from the pack of pedestrian Super Dutys through extensive modifications to its chassis, suspension, and body. The most noticeable change is the tire and wheel setup: Michelin XZL 46×15.5R20 (395/85R20) military-grade tires mounted on 20-inch three-piece aluminum MRAP wheels. By design, this wheel and tire combination fits without wheel spacers.

Behind the tires are 4.5-inch Icon Vehicle Dynamics dual-rate front coil springs and 5-inch Icon full-progressive rear leaf springs. Fox Racing 2.5 remote reservoir shocks with Dual Speed Compression (DSC) adjusters manage damping duties. The setup is tuned for off-road abuse while still maintaining the the oversized behemoth’s ride quality.

To accommodate the meaty tires, the truck includes MegaRexx’s proprietary extended radius arms, adjustable Icon track bars, and a Fox Racing Factory Race Series 2.0 dual steering stabilizer system. Gearing has been updated to 4.88:1 ratios to handle the rolling mass of the 46s, and the speedometer has been recalibrated accordingly.

In case you didn’t notice, body modifications are extensive. The bespoke bedsides and fenders add nine inches of width per side, fabricated from steel and bonded in place. The one-piece, tilt-forward hood is supported by a CAD-designed halo structure for maximum support. Nitrogen shocks allow the hood to open fully, providing easy access to the engine bay. Every panel is sanded, primed, and painted in-house, with LineX applied to the bed, fenders, bumpers, and high-wear surfaces for added durability.

The truck also features a custom high-clearance Smasher front bumper atop a gloss-black RedRock Baja honeycomb grille, High & Tight rear bumper, and a gloss-black bed cage adorned with a TrailFX 40-inch dual-row light bar and more lights. Anzo switchback headlights, Amp Research Powerstep XL side steps, and Motohorn train horns barely touch on the extensive exterior upgrades.

Inside, the build retains all the factory luxury: heated and cooled Salerno leather seats, panoramic moonroof, 12.0-inch SYNC4 touchscreen, 1000-watt B&O sound system, Pro Trailer Assist, wireless CarPlay, 5G Wi-Fi, and a full safety and trailer towing tech suite.

At $179,950, the 2023 MegaRexx F-250 is a fully sorted, turnkey truck. It’s built to look the part, but it’s also engineered to perform at the highest level, both on and off the trail.
