You can go almost anywhere in the world and say the word Ferrari and people will know what you are talking about. The name is synonymous with road racing, performance and wealth. With over 5,000 victories all over the world, people have certainly grown quite fond of the brand.
It should be of little surprise that people will take just about anything they can get their hands on and try to build something Ferrari inspired. From the large quantities of kit cars, to clothing, beds, garages and even motorhomes, (or I guess with this ebay find, we should say motorcoaches) there is no shortage of Ferrari inspired or themed things in this world.
We, recently, just came across this one of a kind, custom build 2007 Peterbilt (not that the seller knows how to spell it) that was taken to a different level with its Ferrari inspired theme. The 49 foot rig features a 20 foot garage (upper and lower floor) with a custom winch setup for one person loading and unloading. There are, also, custom aluminum ramps for the trailer to reduce the angle. The reduced ingress angle allows for loading the lowest of vehicle without worrying about rubbing the nose. While there are no photos of the garage, we can only assume there to be some sort of red paneling and Ferrari decking back there with what all is up front.
The Ferrari theme starts with the dash. The entire dash is red with a big Ferrari logo on the lower right. The interior is black and red leather as well as the door panels. Moving to the living area, even the microwave is red. The floor is granite with Ferrari tiles throughout.
The restroom is white with black trim. The white tile walls, also, feature the red and yellow Ferrari tiles sporadically laid out as well. The photos of the bedroom are pretty narrow and really just show the bed. There are no images of the theater seating, 33×16 awning, custom hammered copper sink or many of the other aspects.
At $175,000 opening bid, may be a good deal with a new Caterpillar C6 engine, it is really hard to tell with the poor quality of photos. If you are interested, you really should reach out to “McDaddy430” for more details. Here is a link to this ebay find.
