Who doesn’t love ripping things apart. What is even more fun is figuring out fun creative ways to do the demolition. Now days, you can watch a number of TV shows, videos, etc and see all kinds of demolition taking place. Extreme Home Make Over was the king of the random demolition and tear downs of properties before they rebuilt them.
But, today we came across something we hadn’t seen before. Let’s just call it demolition by Bowtie. In this video, four Chevy guys hook up their trucks to the front of a building and all together pull. Then it happens, As if they had pulled the wrong piece in a game of Jenga, the building comes tumbling down.
The best part about this story is the fact that the building the are demolishing is a Chevrolet dealer. It’s John Watson’s Chevrolet dealership in Ogden, Utah. It appears as though they are in the process of rebuilding and having to do a total building tear down to start the process going. Now, as fascinating as this video was we only have two thoughts beyond it looking like fun. The first being, did they really pull it completely down or was there a little push from the excavator that you can barely see in the background until the walls come tumbling down.
Second, wouldn’t this have been even more amazing if they would have been tearing down a Ram or Ford dealership. They could have been making a real statement about the power of their Chevy trucks. At least we think that’s what they were going for by working together to tear down walls. Tell us what you think below.
