This year, Sinister Diesel introduced a new product to its line of Power Stroke parts at the 2019 SEMA Show; Sinister-built 6.0-liter Power Stroke intercoolers. These things not only perform great, but they look great too. We stopped in at the booth and talked with Brian George, Owner of Sinister Diesel, to get the scoop on the hot new item.
“The 6.0-liter Power Stroke is easily our biggest demographic. We have a ton of customers looking for different items, and a high-end intercooler was at the top of that list. These intercoolers have four times the capacity of the factory units, so there is substantially better cooling over the factory replacements you can get online,” George says.
These intercoolers have been coated in the signature Sinister blue and it truly looks beautiful. We're excited to see some of you 6.0-liter guys get ahold of these and put them to the test.
George continues, “These intercoolers are all aluminum and completely TIG welded, including the side tanks. This will give our 6.0-liter guys an option when they are tired of replacing the cheap replacement intercoolers. The factory intercoolers typically have plastic tanks, and when you pour the boost to those, they will crack.”
