SEMA 2021 is here and that means most of the exhibitors here are going to drop their latest and greatest products for all to see. In our trek around the Las Vegas Convention Center, we stopped in at ANZO USA to see what the latest was. Since they are one of the industry’s best when it comes to lighting, naturally, they had some cool new stuff.
We caught up with Matthew Garcia with ANZO, and he filled us in on a few of the new items. Up first is their offerings for late-model trucks. Ford, GM, and Ram all have support from ANZO with LED fixtures that are super bright and use an initiation feature. What this means is, instead of your turn signals simply just flickering on and off whenever you’re unlocking it before operation, it will actually do more and “dance” from one side to the other.
“This is covered in all of the late-model pickup trucks including the F-150, GM, and Ram trucks. Of course, these are all LED construction. No more halogen bulbs here” said Garcia. “More and more people are asking for something like this because of the new Tesla’s. They offer a similar feature and we decided to incorporate that technology into our products.”
After we looked over the new lights, Garcia was adamant about getting us over to the front of their display vehicle where music was playing. I noticed that the lights were dancing with the beat of the music and sure enough, that’s one of their newest features they’re trying to promote. Headlights that work with your radio.
“Unfortunately, we have these programmed to only one song but we’re working on finalizing this to where no matter what you’re playing, you can have your lights working alongside the music for an extra pizazz,” Garcia explained. “For anyone in the car and truck show space, this could be a really cool feature.”
That’s all for now at the ANZO USA booth from here in Vegas. Stay tuned to Diesel Army for more of the latest products on the showroom floor. For more information about ANZO, head on over to their website.
