In the diesel performance world, credibility isn’t earned through marketing campaigns alone—it comes from proving yourself in shops, on dynos, and at the track. That’s why Hot Shot’s Secret’s latest announcement carries significant weight. The lubricant and additive manufacturer has unveiled a strategic partnership initiative with 19 of the diesel industry’s most respected builders, manufacturers, and performance specialists, reinforcing its growing influence across the performance diesel market.
The announcement, made in conjunction with the 2026 Ultimate Callout Challenge (UCC) in Indianapolis, reflects years of collaboration between Hot Shot’s Secret and the experts who push diesel technology to its limits every day.

Bringing Proven Chemistry To Trusted Brands
For years, Hot Shot’s Secret has relied on feedback from engine builders, shop owners, racers, and performance specialists to help shape its product development efforts. That hands-on approach has played a major role in the company’s growth and reputation within the diesel community.
The new initiative takes that relationship a step further. Through the partnership program, participating companies will gain access to Hot Shot’s Secret’s proprietary lubricant and specialty product formulations, allowing them to offer field-tested chemistry to their customers through a shared co-branding effort.
The goal is simple: combine the expertise of the industry’s leading component manufacturers and builders with proven lubricant technology to help improve performance, durability, and reliability across the diesel market.

An All-Star Lineup Of Diesel Performance Leaders
The list of inaugural partners reads like a who’s who of the diesel performance industry.
Among the engine builders and performance specialists joining the initiative are D&J Precision Machine, Kill Devil Diesel, Scheid Diesel Service Co., and Wagler Competition Products. Transmission and drivetrain expertise comes from companies including ATS Diesel Performance, Firepunk Diesel, RevMax, South Bend Clutch, Tier One Transmissions, and WP Developments. Turbocharger and air-system specialists such as AirTec Innovations, AVP, Fenley Turbo, GT Performance Turbochargers, Snyder Performance Engineering, Stainless Diesel, Tater Built Turbochargers, and VS Racing are also part of the program. Rounding out the group is Gator Fasteners, representing the component and assembly segment.
Together, these companies represent some of the most influential names in high-performance diesel racing, competition, and aftermarket innovation.

More Than a Business Arrangement
According to Kyle Fischer, Hot Shot’s Secret Director of Field Marketing and Partnerships, the initiative is designed to recognize the manufacturers and innovators who continue to drive the industry forward.
“This initiative is about recognizing many of the amazing partners that we are fortunate to have, who are the industry’s top manufacturers and innovators driving performance forward,” says Fischer. “This is far more than a business arrangement. Rather, this is a select group of strategic partners that share our passion for bringing high-performance technology to market, and we are honored to work with these partners in our product research and development. Being trusted by the experts who build and compete at the highest level reinforces the confidence placed in our technology, and collectively we all share a mutual interest in advancing the diesel performance industry.”

What’s Next?
While full details regarding product availability have not yet been released, Hot Shot’s Secret says the first wave of products associated with the initiative is expected to roll out later this summer. Consumers can also expect updated packaging and refreshed bottle designs that align with the company’s evolving brand identity.
As diesel performance continues to evolve, partnerships like these demonstrate how closely connected product development has become with the builders, racers, and manufacturers shaping the future of the industry. For Hot Shot’s Secret, the announcement signals not only confidence in its technology but also a commitment to strengthening relationships with the companies and professionals who demand results when performance matters most.
