Better cooling means lower AITs and EGTs. Mishimoto is well-known for making radiators, intercoolers, oil coolers, and other stuff for tuner cars and late model musclecars. Now they’ve applied the technology that keeps high-strung performance cars running cool to radiators and intercoolers for GM Duramax, Ford Powerstroke, and Dodge Cummins trucks with heat-producing performance modifications like upgraded fuel systems, tuners, and exhaust systems. Mishimoto’s diesel products efficiently reduce exhaust gas temperatures (EGTs) and support optimal air inlet (AIT) temperatures, and are designed and engineered to be a direct fit with no modifications needed. Radiators Mishimoto radiators have a two-row, fully-brazed aluminum core plus TIG-welded end tanks that won’t blow out. Each radiator comes with a radiator cap and magnetic drain plug.

Intercoolers TIG-welded from 6061 aluminum, these high performance intercoolers have larger cores than the factory intercoolers. They significantly lower air intake temperatures, allowing you to turn up the boost without the overheating worries. The intercoolers have a bar-and-plate core and heavy duty end tanks, and are available in natural, polished, and black anodized finishes.

Intercooler Pipe and Boot Kits Unlike your restrictive power-robbing factory pipes, Mishimoto engineers its intercooler pipes to eliminate as many bends as possible. What bends are required are mandrel-bent for maximum airflow. The kits include polished aluminum pipe; silicone boots with DuraCore technology that provides superior resistance to heat, pressure, fuel, and oil; and constant-tension T-bolt clamps.
