Roadmaster High Power Heavy Duty Turbo

Roadmaster Heavy Duty Exhaust Manifold

As for the Roadmaster Heavy Duty Exhaust Manifold, like other BD Diesel manifolds, it features the Pulse Flow design offering big time improvements. This dual volute T6 turbine improves turbo spooling response for quick, clean power. The three-piece, thick-walled, durable design is made with a high-silicon, ductile-iron casting that prevents cracking. This manifold will fit any T6 flange turbos and is outfitted for the 1993-1998 CAT 3406E / CAT C15 Non-ACERT engine from 1999-2003

F-150 Engine Start/Stop Disable

To combat that annoying stop/start feature that these newer Ford vehicles have, BD Diesel has manufactured an easy plug and play option that will stop it dead in its tracks. Plugs easily inline with the factory switch, it doesn’t permanently disable the feature and will remember your previous settings beforehand in case you want to return back to stock.

These modules will fit the 2018-2019 Ford F-150 with the 3.0-Liter Power Stroke engines as well as the 2015-2019 Ford F-150 Gas trucks too.

F-150 High Idle Kit $128.00

Speaking of Ford F-150s, BD also has a new High Idle Kit for the 2018-2019 trucks with the 3.0-Liter engine. Like the Start/Stop module, the high idle kit is super easy to install. Plugging directly into the OBD-II port, this adjustable kit is great for all trucks. With this, you can get your engine to the preferred running temperature sooner.

If it’s cold outside, you can fire your truck up via your remote starter and get the heater going. You can make your RPM adjustments using the cruise control buttons from 800 RPM to 2,500 RPM. Coming in at $124.00, the F-150 High Idle Kit is a must have as we head into the winter months.
