New from Wagler Competition Products – a neutral balanced rotating assembly for Duramax trucks. These assemblies are balanced to remain stable beyond 7,000 rpm, and come complete with everything needed for installation. See more details below.
Official Release:
WAGLER COMPETITION PRODUCTS has just made it easier to build a high horsepower Duramax diesel engine with their new neutral balanced rotating assembly.
Wagler Competition Products, the experts in Duramax performance, have selected a special combination of parts to give customers a great combination of power and durability. Customers can now order a rotating assembly and have confidence that all of the parts are going to work well together and be ready for install right out of the box.
Wagler’s neutral balanced rotating assembly is complete with all components. Less time spent tracking down the correct parts makes the job much easier for the engine builder and less expensive for the customer. Another key benefit of the rotating assembly’s neutral balance is that the heavy metal is placed in the counterweights, rather than located on the harmonic balancer and flywheel, which is common with traditional external balancing. Redistributing weight away from the ends of the crankshaft will decrease flex at higher RPM and reduce load on the front and rear mains.
Each Wagler Competition Products neutral balanced rotating assembly is balanced well past the RPM limit of diesel fuel combustion (7,000+ RPM). Wagler is offering this assembly in two series, Street and Race.
Features:
- Complete with all necessary components
- Heavy metal is placed in the counterweights rather than harmonic balancer and flywheel
- Balanced well past limit of diesel fuel combustion
- Available in Street and Race packages
